Quick blender cake that is soft, aromatic and very sweet, even without using sugar or sweetener in the dough

WET INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 xícara polvilho doce (60 g)
  • 1 colher de sopa fermento em pó (15 g)

  1. Grease a medium pan 23 cm in diameter with a little oil and sprinkle rice flour.

  3. Process all wet ingredients in a blender until smooth. smooth mixture.
  4. Add the oat flour and sweet cassava starch and mix well with a spatula until you get uniform mass, if you prefer, transfer the dough to a bowl.
  5. Finish the dough with baking powder and quickly transfer it to the pan and immediately to the oven heated to 180ºC.
  6. Bake for approximately 21 mg, do the toothpick test, when it comes out clean, it's ready.
  7. Allow to cool before unmolding.

Notes

  • I do not recommend replacing the eggs.
