This quick and easy apple pie can be served warm or cold, is made in just a few minutes and using just 1 fork.
For this simple apple pie recipe you will need a springform pan. 18 cm in diameter and only 2 apples.
But if your family is large and you want a higher income, just double the entire recipe keeping the original proportion and using a 25-27 cm shape.

SIMPLE APPLE PIE WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR
The base of this recipe is oat flour, if by chance you don't know how to make oat flour at home, just click here!
We use oats to make the crunchy crumbs on top of the pie and also in the dough.
But to make the dough lighter I added cornstarch along with the oats.
If you want to make it with just oats, the simple apple pie recipe works, but it's a little denser because of the fiber in the oats.

LAZY MAN'S APPLE PIE
If you love eating dessert on the weekend, but are too lazy to make something too elaborate, this simple and quick apple pie is for you!
You don't need to make that crusty base that you normally find in classic apple pies.
In this version you will only make a crumble, chop the apples and make a very simple dough using just 1 fork.
In other words, it's a lazy person's apple pie, but the kind of lazy person who won't give up on delicious food!

SIMPLE AND QUICK AROMATIC APPLE PIE
All the aromatic ingredients in this recipe are optional, but I honestly think that with them the recipe is much tastier and more interesting.
For this lazy apple pie recipe you will use:
- Lemon zest and juice
- Cinnamon powder
- Salt
THE balance of these ingredients makes everything tastier, the lemon zest and juice add a citrus touch which enhances the flavor of the apple.
Cinnamon powder, needless to say, is a classic combination with the apple.
And the salt really makes a big difference in this recipe, especially in the farofa, it gives it a delicious contrast.
