If you like quick and easy recipes This 3-ingredient salty cracker recipe will be your new favorite recipe.
It's super simple to do, just mix everything with the spoon and the dough is very easy to roll out and bakes in just a few minutes.
This 3-ingredient savory cracker is perfect for snack time and you can also eat it with spreads and pâtés.

3 INGREDIENT SALTY CRACKER RECIPE
To make these cookies you will need 2 main ingredients:
- Almond flour
- Flaxseed flour
The third ingredient is water, but we all have this ingredient at home, so this recipe needs 2 ingredients.
You may or may not flavor this recipe, I used salt and oregano, but even without these ingredients the recipe will work.
LOW CARB SAVORY BISCUITS
This 3-ingredient salty cracker recipe has very low carbohydrate content.
It can be consumed by people who are on more restrictive diets and who don't want to suffer from blood sugar spikes that traditional cookies provide.
In addition, this biscuit will provide satiety, adding fibers and proteins for snack time.
Regular cookies made with refined flour are poor in nutrients and even if you eat the recommended portion, you get hungry in just a few minutes.

DURABILITY OF SAVORY CRACKERS WITH 3 INGREDIENTS
These cookies should be stored in a airtight jar out of the fridge for up to 2 weeks, but I doubt they will last that long.
As the thinner the cookies, the crispier they will be, slightly thicker cookies tend to soften faster.
But even if this 3-ingredient salty cracker is a little soft as the days go by, its flavor is still very tasty.
If you want that become crispy again like the first day, you can go back to low oven for a few minutes, then wait for it to cool down so that it becomes hard again.
As this is a small recipe I bet the cookies will be consumed in a few days.
If your family is big, who knows, they might not even make it to the second day 😉
